Bluebook Partners LTD seeks an experienced Operations Manager to establish its first Scottish office in Glasgow. You will lead project delivery, drive profitability and build a regional business in structural services.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing local team, manage budgets and resources, and develop strategic client relationships to win new work across Scotland. This role offers autonomy within a trusted contracting group.
