Job Description

ASA Recruitment’s client, a Public Sector organisation in Edinburgh/Glasgow, is seeking a Senior IT Service Manager to drive the Oracle Cloud support capability on a hybrid/remote basis, initial 12-month contract, rate c.£600-650/day inside IR35.

You will oversee a multi-sourced service delivery model, ensure robust SLAs and governance, and lead continual service improvement while aligning with ITIL practices.
