Evening Urgent Care GP – Out of Hours

Job Description

City Health Care Partnership CIC is seeking an experienced General Practitioner to deliver urgent care outside normal GP hours. You will assess and treat patients, triage by telephone and conduct home visits as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires autonomous practice with strong clinical judgement, clear communication, and willingness to work evening shifts (6:00pm-11:00pm). Indemnity for bank staff is provided.
