Delivery Lead, Conversational AI & CCaaS Change

Job Description

BT Group in the UK is recruiting a Change Delivery Lead for Conversational AI & CCaaS to drive delivery across digital and advisor-assisted services. You will coordinate sprint delivery and ensure governance, alignment with product, tech and operations, and optimise end-to-end customer journeys.

You will manage a diverse CCaaS team, balance demand against capacity and implement value-led change that improves customer outcomes and business performance.
