Strategic IT Service Delivery Lead for SWE

Job Description

Balfour Beatty plc is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to coordinate the Secure Working Environment (SWE) and govern the associated services. The role offers flexibility on base location across UK hubs, including Newcastle, Derby, Leeds, Maxim, Warrington, London or Birmingham.

You will manage service onboarding, licensing, governance and reporting, acting as the central point for stakeholders and suppliers while ensuring value for money and budget adherence for SWE operations.
