Store Team Leader – Lead a Co-op Team & Community Service

Job Description

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader at The Steadings, Kirkcaldy. You will lead a small store team, cover opening, middle, and closing shifts, including weekends, with permanent part-time hours and overtime opportunities.

You’ll supervise tills, merchandising, and day-to-day store operations while delivering essential services to the community. You’ll be strong with people leadership, willing to work flexibly, and comfortable in a busy retail environment.
