Job Description

Stantec is seeking a Principal Engineer in Scotland to lead and deliver roads and active travel projects. Based in Edinburgh or Glasgow, you will guide technical delivery, engage clients, and mentor junior engineers within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.

You’ll influence project development, ensure design standards compliance, and help grow the Scottish Roads and Infrastructure unit through strong leadership and knowledge sharing.
