Aquaculture Breeding & Genetics Program Lead

Job Description

Xelect is seeking a Breeding Program Manager to lead genetics initiatives across finfish and shellfish, based in St Andrews with hybrid working and regular travel. You will design, implement and optimise broodstock programs, collaborating with scientists and customers worldwide to drive genetic gains and commercial success.

You will engage with clients to understand production conditions, develop strategic breeding plans, and manage programs end-to-end, ensuring delivery within budgets and
