Construction Quantity Surveyor
18-month contract
24 hours per week
£60 per hour – Inside IR35
Port Glasgow – Hybrid

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare cost estimates, budgets and cost plans
Monitor project costs, risks and financial exposure
Prepare financial reports, forecasts and cost reports
Manage procurement and tendering activities
Prepare tender documentation, BoQs and pricing schedules
