Customer Team Member – Flexible Shifts, Training & Benefits

Job Description

Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Member for our Stewarton store. You’ll join a friendly team on shifts starting early and finishing late, including weekends, with full training provided. You’ll help keep shelves stocked, assist customers, and support with in-store services and online order preparation.

You’ll build relationships in the community and promote Co-op membership. You don’t need previous retail experience; enthusiasm for helping people and a flexible approach are valued.
