SGN is seeking a highly skilled Senior Programme Manager to lead the delivery of complex, multi-workstream change programmes, overseeing the full lifecycle from business case development through initiation, implementation and benefits realisation.

You will manage cross-functional teams, budgets, risks and stakeholders, ensuring timely, high quality outcomes while aligning with SGN’s transformation objectives and governance standards. Hybrid working across Scotland and the UK is supported.
