Malted is building specialised customer interaction intelligence for financial institutions, combining language technology with deep domain knowledge. You’ll be a technical lead for client deployments, owning solutions from discovery to measurable value in production.

Based in Edinburgh, you’ll work hybrid with regular UK travel, coordinating with senior stakeholders, data engineers and product teams to deliver secure, scalable deployments.
