Capgemini Invent is seeking a Managing Consultant to lead HR and Payroll transformation projects in the UK, including Bristol, Glasgow, London and Newcastle. You will guide clients through discovery, design, data migration, integrations, testing, go-live and hypercare, leveraging cloud tech like SAP, Workday and Oracle.

You will build strong relationships, run impactful workshops, and coach junior teammates while staying current with industry trends and innovations in AI-driven payroll
