M&G plc is seeking a Risk Manager – Assurance & Insights to provide dedicated 2LOD risk oversight for Life Non-Financial Risk. You will lead assurance execution, thematic reviews and risk insight activities, delivering independent opinions on risk profiles and control effectiveness to Executive and Board governance.

The role requires extensive experience in operational/non-financial risk in financial services, strong governance knowledge, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
