CRM Service Designer – Customer & Colleague Journeys

Job Description

Vertus Partners in Edinburgh is seeking two Service Designers to support CRM-related process reviews and customer/colleague journeys. The role focuses on translating business needs into actionable design across business and technology teams.

This six month contract is based in Edinburgh with 2 days on-site per week, paying approximately £550 per day inside IR35. You will shape enterprise level journey transformations, prioritising employee experience and CRM platform improvements.
