Night Shift Team Leader – Lead Busy Retail Teams

Job Description

SSP Group in Glasgow Central Station is recruiting a Night Shift Team Leader for M&S Simply Food. You will earn £13.75 per hour, with an additional £1.50 per hour for hours between midnight and 6 am, bringing the rate to £15.25 per hour.

This is a full-time role (40 hrs) with a 4 days on/4 days off pattern, working across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays. You’ll open/close operations, lead a busy team and drive customer service excellence.
