NHS Orkney is seeking a Senior Healthcare Support Worker to join the multidisciplinary team at The Balfour. You will provide high-quality personal care under supervision, maintaining care standards and contributing to a positive patient experience.

The ideal candidate has communication and interpersonal strengths, and holds an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent knowledge/experience). Permanent, full-time role with UK residency required.
