Quality Lead: Shipbuilding Programme Excellence (Hybrid)

Job Description

Babcock is seeking a Quality Lead at its Rosyth site to shape the quality function for a major international shipbuilding programme. You will establish governance, assurance frameworks and compliance processes across the UK and overseas operations, driving continuous improvement and strong quality culture.

Day-to-day, you’ll develop and maintain quality plans, lead oversight of suppliers and delivery teams, and act as the main quality contact for customers and auditors.
