Sheet Metal Worker
Are you a time-served Sheet Metal Worker looking for a role where your trade skills are genuinely valued?
We’re looking for experienced tradespeople who take pride in quality workmanship, can read drawings with confidence, and enjoy working as part of a skilled, close-knit team delivering major engineering projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manufacturing and installing ventilation systems, HVAC components, and internal fittings
- Working from engineering drawings
- Measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling and fitting sheet metal components
- Using a range of hand and power tools
- Producing high-quality work to exacting standards
- Troubleshooting issues on the job and ensuring installations are completed safely and correctly
What We’re Looking For
Modern Apprenticeship / Trade Papers (required for submissions)
SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification (required for submissions)
Experience within Marine, Manufacturing, Construction, Fabrication, or Heavy Engineering environments
Ability to interpret engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
Commitment to safe working practices and quality standards
Shift Patterns Available
Days: Mon-Thu, 07:00-16:30
Nights: Mon-Thu, 20:30-06:00
Weekends: Fri-Sun, 07:00-19:30
Working in teams of 6-12, you’ll support upgrades, refurbishments, and new installations on complex engineering projects, delivering high-quality HVAC and sheet metal work.
