Evening Shift Lead – Inspire Teams, Drive Service

Job Description

B&Q Inverness is looking for a Shift Lead to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in the store’s evening operations, acting as a keyholder and supporting the management in delivering excellent customer service and smooth daily activities.

The role requires flexibility for shifts from 6am to 11pm and includes working Monday to Friday 5pm-11pm with occasional weekends. A permanent contract is offered with opportunities for development within the Kingfisher group.
