Harvey Nash Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist for a 6-month contract (Inside IR35) with hybrid work across Edinburgh/Glasgow, starting ASAP.

You will lead end-to-end public sector procurement, develop strategies, drive value for money, ensure compliance with procurement rules, and advance sustainability and SME agendas while engaging diverse stakeholders.
