Customer Experience Host – Front Desk & Guest Liaison

Job Description

Arnold Clark Group in Perth is seeking a Customer Experience Host (Receptionist) to warmly welcome customers as they enter the showroom and assist them on the phone with a friendly, professional approach.

You will handle daily admin duties, keep the reception area tidy and presentable, and work collaboratively with colleagues across the branch to deliver outstanding service. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday 10:30am-7pm, at our Mercedes/Smart/BYD/Chery branch.
