Job Description

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a dedicated team in our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will plan and implement care that gives residents security, dignity and independence, and you’ll know your residents and their families well, delivering truly personalised care.

You will support the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, run engaging activities, assist with meals, and administer medication as required.
