A great opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a growing Inverness property team handling a broad range of residential transactions.
This role offers the chance to manage your own caseload, work closely with clients and develop your expertise within a busy and supportive environment.

The role
- Manage residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of title
- Prepare and review conveyancing documentation
- Liaise with clients, lenders, estate agents and third parties
- Conduct property searches and prepare reports
- Manage transactions from instruction through to completion
- Maintain accurate file management and compliance procedures
About you
- Experience handling residential conveyancing transactions
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Organised and able to manage competing deadlines
- Comfortable using case management systems and Microsoft Office
- Proactive and collaborative approach
