Private Client Paralegal – Inverness

A great opportunity for a Private Client Paralegal to join an established Inverness firm advising individuals and families on a range of legal matters.

The role

  • Draft wills and powers of attorney
  • Assist with executry and estate administration
  • Support guardianship applications and related matters
  • Prepare legal documents and correspondence
  • Liaise with clients, courts and third parties
  • Manage files and key deadlines

About you

  • Previous private client experience
  • Knowledge of wills, executries, powers of attorney and guardianships
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Organised and able to manage a varied workload
  • Proactive and team-focused approach
