Head of Estimating – Structural Steel, Hybrid

Job Description

American Society of Civil Engineers in Edinburgh seeks an Estimating Manager to lead the estimating division, shaping processes and controls for large-scale infrastructure projects. You will own activity across steel packages and work with Tier 1 contractors on bids and tenders.

You will mentor junior estimators, influence pricing strategy, and partner with senior leadership on pipeline, forecasting and business strategy. Hybrid setup may be discussed.
