Job Description
Duties include:
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Delivering of training and inductions where required
- Coordinate all Inductions, Technical, HSE, MHE & Development training internally & externally
- Monitor Matrices for all training and issue details for any refresher training to all departments and schedule as required.
- Create, update and doc control Technical, MHE & Manual Handling training materials and records.
- Create & process MHE Training certificates
- Engage with Modern Apprenticeship providers and on-site apprentices
Skills required:
- Experience within the area of L&D
- Proficient in Microsoft, in particular Work and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with line managers and external training stakeholders
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
We would consider a 35 hour week on a prorated salary basis
