Job Description

Cala Group is seeking a Head of Sales & Marketing for its Scottish region to lead end-to-end sales and marketing delivery across developments. You will own strategy, pricing, performance and customer experience, ensuring targets are met in line with commercial objectives.

You will manage a high-performing team of Sales Advisors, drive continuous improvement, and partner with construction and marketing colleagues to optimise site performance and market positioning.
