Atlas Medical Practice based in Springburn Health Centre are looking to recruit a friendly, professional and enthusiastic GP Receptionist to join our welcoming team.

We are a well-established, patient focused GP practice serving approximately 3150 patients and pride ourselves on providing a high standard of care in a supportive and friendly environment.

Hours of Work

20 Hours per week, with the proposed working pattern:

Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 8.30-1.30pm and Friday 1-6pm.

Some flexibility will be required to provide additional cover for staff holidays and sickness.

Main Duties

Handling telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently

Booking and managing appointments

Processing repeat prescription requests

Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence

Maintaining accurate patient records

Providing administrative support to the wider practice team.
