Team Facilitator Lead – People-Centered Support (Fife)

Job Description

ENABLE Scotland in the Fife region is seeking a Team Facilitator to lead a team of Personal Assistants and ensure high-quality, person-centred support. You will work closely with the Service Manager to develop robust service designs and risk assessments, while managing staff rotas and maintaining confidential records.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, with 39 hours per week and an on-call element. Salary is £30,900 per annum plus additional on-call payment.
