Hybrid Housing Compliance Officer: Safety & Standards

Job Description

Blackwood is seeking a Compliance Officer to join the Housing Services team in Scotland. You will monitor compliance across gas, electrical, fire safety, asbestos, water hygiene, legionella, lifting equipment, damp and mould, and other landlord requirements.

The role requires taking ownership, being reliable and proactive to ensure actions are completed and risks identified. You’ll work in a hybrid model with two days in the office, with occasional travel across Scotland.
