Paddy Power in Scotland is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader for our retail shops. You will welcome customers, provide best-in-class service and promote online and retail products, creating a friendly atmosphere.

You will engage with visitors, help them place bets across terminals, phone and in-shop, and support shop operations. Full training will be provided, with an emphasis on attitude and results.
