Job Description

Babcock at Rosyth is seeking a Capability Manager to lead and develop the organisation’s nuclear competence and capability framework, ensuring readiness and regulatory compliance for safety-critical programmes.

You’ll work with senior leaders, engineering teams and regulators to shape long-term capability planning, support LC12 requirements, and ensure the right people with the right skills are authorised for safety-critical activities.
