NHS Grampian invites experienced Advanced Practitioner applicants to join the Aberdeen City Hospital at Home Service. The role covers autonomous patient care in patients’ homes within a growing and dynamic multidisciplinary team.

Successful candidates will demonstrate advanced clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning and non-medical prescribing, plus leadership, teaching and ongoing professional development to drive service development and innovation in this expanding model of care.
