Gowrie House Care Home is seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/RMN) to provide strong clinical leadership, support the Home Manager, and drive high standards of safe, person-centred care in a 60-bed service in Kirkcaldy.

You will lead nursing teams, conduct competency assessments, deliver training, and support audits and quality improvement initiatives, with clear progression opportunities within the service.
