B&Q Southend is hiring a Trade Business Development Manager to own and grow a defined book of TradePoint members. This full-time role (36.75 hours) focuses on generating demand, building long-term trade relationships, and driving sustainable sales and margin growth.

You will combine strong sales discipline with market insight to create a differentiated trade experience, manage a structured pipeline, and collaborate with Store, B2B and Suppliers to unlock incremental opportunities.
