Senior Residential Worker (Youth Care & Independence)

Job Description

Barnardo’s is seeking a Senior Residential Project Worker 3 for the Pentland Way Residential Service to support up to three older young people with learning disabilities and/or autism. You will work on shift as part of a rota, ensuring a safe, nurturing home and high care standards.

You will lead the team on shift, manage rosters, supervise staff, and contribute to service development alongside the Team Manager.
