SOC Network Support Engineer – DDoS & Incident Response

Job Description

Bright Purple is seeking a Network Support Engineer in Scotland with hybrid working options. You will triage and resolve security incidents in a live production environment, monitor network traffic, and support customer maintenance and upgrades.

The role includes incident response and contributing to SOC knowledge bases. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in SOC/IT support or networking, strong TCP/IP and packet analysis skills, and willingness to work nights/weekends in a rotating shift.
