1 x post 36 hours per week An exciting opportunity has arisen for Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the existing team within the Central Outpatient Services in Aberdeenshire.

The position will be based in Central Aberdeenshire. This post will be supported by our friendly and approachable team of Band 7 Highly Specialist and Band 8 Advanced Practice MSK Physiotherapists. The departments have close links with local Medical Practices, First Contact Physiotherapy (FCP) services and leisure centres. MSK Outpatients are co-located with Community and Inpatient Physiotherapy services, supporting strong multidisciplinary and cross-service working relationships.

Whilst successful candidate will be appointed to a base within the Central locality, the service operates across a wider geographical area and there may be a requirement for staff to work across bases within their designated locality in response to service demand and workforce requirements, these bases include Inverurie, Westhill, Hunlty and Ellon.

The post holder will have the opportunity to manage a varied MSK caseload and will be responsible for delivering both individual and group treatment sessions. Working within the teams, they will also contribute to the supervision and education of rotational Band 5 Physiotherapists, Healthcare Support Workers and students.
