Job Description

NHS 24 is seeking an experienced Service Support Coordinator to join our contact centre team. This role is based at the South Queensferry Regional Centre and involves shift work, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure delivery of high-quality care across NHS 24 services.

You will provide support to staff and visitors, handle facilities and administration tasks, and assist in coordinating services across diverse NHS 24 sites.
