Patient Safety & Quality Improvement Facilitator

Job Description

NHS Scotland is seeking a Quality Improvement Facilitator (Assurance) to lead improvement initiatives, manage risk, and support adverse event learning across NHS Lothian sites. The role is based in Edinburgh with some travel; it is a permanent, full-time post (36 hours/week) and may involve occasional home working as needs arise.

Applicants should have degree-level education, experience in quality/safety improvement, and strong data analysis and communication skills to engage managers and
