Job Description

Emtec Group is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Building Services team in Uddingston, supporting the commercial delivery of MEP projects across Scotland. You will take commercial ownership, manage costs and cash flow, and provide strategic commercial guidance on varied projects.

Ideal candidates have senior QS experience in MEP/building services, strong contract knowledge (SBCC/NEC), and a proactive, collaborative approach to drive successful outcomes.
