Senior Care Team Lead – Flexible Hours & Mentoring

Job Description

Mears Group is recruiting a Senior Support Worker to join our care teams in Livingston. This is a 6-month fixed term contract, 16 hours per week, with an hourly rate of £14.22 plus mileage. You will mentor care staff, oversee service delivery and support individuals with more complex needs in their own homes.

Flexibility is essential as this role is not a standard 9-5 shift; you may be required to cover on-call periods and occasionally provide direct care. A full UK driving licence is preferred.
