HGV Driver with HIAB – Island Network & Standby Rota

Job Description

SSE plc in Oban is recruiting for a permanent, full-time role to support the expansion of our internal delivery capability alongside Overhead Linespersons for network replacement and upgrades.

You will operate 4×4 lorries and HIAB cranes, deliver stores and equipment to SSEN depots across Argyll and the islands, and transport plant to support local teams. Daily vehicle inspections and a standby rota are part of the role.
