Heritage Portfolio in Edinburgh is seeking a Staffing & Training Manager to oversee workforce planning and lead the design and delivery of training for our hospitality operations at Edinburgh Zoo and the Royal Botanic Gardens.

You will ensure the right people are in the right roles, manage rosters and payroll, develop recruitment plans, and own the annual training calendar to boost compliance, skills and guest service.
