Job Description

Heritage Portfolio is seeking a Staffing & Training Manager to oversee workforce planning and lead the design and delivery of training for our hospitality operations at Edinburgh Zoo and the Royal Botanic Gardens Edinburgh.

You will ensure the right people are in the right roles, manage rosters and onboarding, and develop training programmes to improve standards, retention and guest experience across venues.
