Pension Agentic Transformation Leader

Job Description

Atos seeks a senior transformation leader, the Agent Maestro, to drive end-to-end pension process transformation within a highly regulated environment. You will codify agentic operating models, governance, risk controls and human-in-the-loop frameworks across the Closed Book Pension domain.

The role requires extensive experience in pensions, business transformation, and operating model design, with a track record in automation or AI-enabled improvements and strong stakeholder management skills.
