Job Description

Buzzworks in Scotland is recruiting a Sous Chef to lead the kitchen in a fast paced, high volume venue. You will support the Head Chef, drive standards, performance and culture, and ensure dishes leave the pass to spec every time.

You’ll mentor and develop chefs at every level, manage GP, stock and labour, plan daily rosters and run service in the Head Chef’s absence. A long term career with one of Scotland’s forward thinking hospitality groups awaits.
