Shopping Centre Manager

Do you love bringing a place to life for shoppers, retailers, and the wider community?
We are looking for a proactive, people-first Centre Manager to take the lead on managing this retail destination and help shape it into a thriving, safe, and progressive destination to shop, visit, and work.
What you’ll be doing:
- Driving footfall and retailer performance across the centre
- Owning accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and service charge processes
- Building genuine relationships with tenants, contractors, and the local community
- Leading marketing initiatives and media opportunities that put the centre on the map
- Spotting and developing new income streams
- Championing Health & Safety standards across the site
- Leading and motivating on-site staff to deliver their best work

- A natural leader who takes ownership and acts on their own initiative
- Someone with sharp financial acumen and an eye for detail
- A confident communicator who builds trust with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders alike
- A flexible, driven, and dedicated approach to getting results
- Experience in retail, property, or centre management (preferred)
You’ll work closely with the Portfolio Manager and Owner team, playing a central role in maximising the centre’s success.
