Rituals UK & Ireland (B Corp ) is seeking a mobile Assistant Store Manager to cover the Glasgow area. You will partner with the Store Manager on rota planning and sales strategies, acting as a product expert and brand ambassador to deliver our Feel Good Experience.

Role involves owning operations, coaching the team, and ensuring smooth back-office tasks like inventory and cash handling while you drive store performance across the Glasgow area.
